Typeform Integration

Connect Typeform to turn form submissions into leads and trigger calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, or other campaign workflows.

Key Capabilities

• Lead import: New submissions create or update leads in a chosen campaign.
• Form mapping: Select which Typeform and campaign to sync after credentials are saved.
• Webhooks: Submissions are received via OutCallerAI webhooks using your public base URL.

Setup Instructions

1. Open Integrations: Go to the Integrations Dashboard and select Typeform.
2. Connect and open Setup: Click Connect Typeform, then switch to the Setup tab.
3. Credentials:
   • Personal Access Token: From the Typeform Developer portal → Personal tokens (required).
   • Webhook base URL: The public URL where OutCallerAI receives webhooks (your app origin in production).
   • Client ID (optional): Only if you use an OAuth app.
4. Map form to campaign: After credentials save, pick a Typeform and Campaign, then save the mapping. Include a phone field in the form so leads can be called.
5. Webhook in Typeform: Point Typeform webhooks at your workspace endpoint: /api/webhooks/typeform/{workspace} (shown in Setup).

Each new submission imports into the selected campaign for outbound workflows.
