Google Calendar Integration
Connect Google Calendar so agents can create events, check availability, and send invites from OutCallerAI.
OutCallerAI connects to Google Calendar so your workspace can schedule meetings from calls, reminders, and campaign tasks. Events created in OutCallerAI appear on the connected Google account.
Key Capabilities
- Event creation: Create Google Calendar events from outbound calls and workflows.
- Availability: Check calendar availability when scheduling with leads.
- Invites: Send calendar invites to leads automatically when configured.
Setup Instructions
- Open Integrations: Go to the Integrations Dashboard and select Google Calendar.
- Connect: Click Connect Google Calendar and complete Google OAuth. Grant calendar read/write access when prompted.
- Confirm connection: After redirect, the integration drawer opens on Setup. Calendar-related tasks from your dashboard will sync to this Google account.
Disconnect from the same drawer if you need to switch accounts.
