OutCallerAI provides a premium, bidirectional synchronization integration with Google Sheets, allowing you to import phone lists from spreadsheets and write call outcomes (recordings, durations, summaries, and transcripts) back to the same sheet automatically.

Setup Instructions

  1. Authorize Google Account: Open the Integrations Dashboard and select the Google Sheets integration. Click Connect and authorize access to your Google Drive and Sheets.
  2. Select Worksheet: Use the secure file picker to select the spreadsheet and the specific sheet tab where lead names and phone numbers are located.
  3. Map Columns: Map sheet columns to OutCallerAI fields:
    • Name: The column containing the customer's full name.
    • Phone: The column containing the phone number in E.164 format (e.g. +1234567890).
    • Custom Details: Optional columns (e.g. "Property Type", "Budget") that the AI Agent will read to personalize the conversation.
  4. Define Writeback Fields: Configure which columns OutCallerAI should populate after a call completes, such as Call Duration, AI Summary, Call Status, and Audio Recording Link.
